We’ll head back to Duwamish Waterway Park this week for part of our Spruced series in Equity Priority neighborhoods. The actual park is adjacent to Port and SDOT properties along the Duwamish that we’ll help clear invasives and trash from. Last week we made great progress and really started to open up the view from the street approaching the park that is overgrown by blackberry brambles.
This will likely be a project we keep on the docket for a while as there’s a lot to do, and its an easy location to park and work in.
Parking: There should be plenty of parking along 10th Ave S. around the park and the neighboring blocks.
