ACA donated some cleanup and gardening gear to the Summit Atlas Garden Club earlier in the year and I talked to teacher Ayla about coming in and helping open up the garden area which has an overgrown fence line (and a fence that’s falling over) which gets in the way of their activities. I think this may be a two-parter, to first go in and remove the fence and start digging into the invasives along the fence line. We’ll load it up and do a dump run and see where it leaves us for next week, but it will look much more bright and open after the work is complete.

Check-in & Parking: The garden is on the backside of the school along Roxbury (west of 35th). Park along the street and I’ll mark the garden path with our sign along the sidewalk. Also, everyone should check in at the school office and sign-in as we’ll be on school property.
