Join us for a Thursday morning Sprucing of the Future Public Park and an art installation by West Seattle artist, neighbor, and friend Michael Henderson. You've undoubtedly seen his whimsical art installations and postings all around the community. Last week we cleared the fence line he wants to install along with the help of others. The rest of us can conquer the remaining bramble patch in the southwest corner of the park and stage it for Parks.

We'll start with blackberry and weed removal along the perimeter fence line of the park where Michael will ultimately direct and help install a large message that will be lit by solar lights.

Come out and help in this community project and see what we can do together in a short amount of time.
