We’ll revisit the Cottage Grove Recovery Garden with Seattle Parks and Rec this week to help Susanna, the garden’s steward, Spruce up the garden and the surrounding neighborhood. Last week we did an initial Fall cleanup, and this week we’ll get some new plants in the ground and potentially spread some wood chips.

The Recovery Garden sits on the corner of 26th Ave SW & SW Brandon right across the street from Jim Davis Park so there’ll be lots of opportunities to better the neighborhood. This will be a fun one getting to know another Park Steward and will be the first of many visits to help Susanna get her little slice of heaven looking the way she’d like. Please join us at this important cleanup honoring those who are on the path of recovery.
