Show Up Seattle is the city’s new Day of Service event with tons of events all around town.
Join us as we continue our Sprucing work in south Seattle, cleaning up a walkway between S. Barton Place and Rainier Ave S, right between the Rainier Beach Library and the Barton Place Apartments. We'll have grabbers and bags to collect trash around the neighborhood, and hand tools for removing invasive plants and weeds. This will be a great opportunity to show some love to Rainier Beach. If planning to help remove blackberries and weeds, please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. If you're planning to pick up trash, wear good walking shoes. Open to all abilities.
Parking: Look for street parking along and around the neighborhood.
