We’ll be helping the group Schmitz Park Creek Restore pull ivy, blackberry and other invasives in the park so that native plants and animals can continue to flourish. This is an ongoing, impactful effort to help the group restore the park and creek.
This time we’ll enter the park from the top, just south of Schmitz Park Elementary at 51st & SW Orleans. There’s some street parking, or park at the school lot on SW Spokane and walk over.
