We’ll return to Seacrest Park this week and work on Sprucing up Cove 1 just north of Salty’s with the little pier and the Luna Girls sculpture. The cove has some willow overgrowth as well as the usual English ivy and blackberry brambles that we’ll work on removing, we got the south end of the cove cleaned up over the past two visits so will now focus on the north end. Of course there will also be trash picking opportunities along the beach and Alki Trail as well. This will be a nice, flat cleanup with some of the best views in town!
Try parking along Harbor Ave, sometimes outside Salty’s or across the street will provide more opportunities.
