Marshall Reserve is a little pocket park just across the street from the Love Lock fence line view of downtown. Parks and Rec recently removed an old shed there, and the north end in particular was dark and overgrown with ivy and blackberry. We gave it several visits over the past weeks and made some epic progress—we’ll continue that good work Friday and open up the park for future visits from SPR’s Natural Area crew to come in behind us to take care of holly, laurel and some work along the hillside behind the park.
There’s plenty of parking along Harbor Ave on either side of the street.
