We Spruced up the picnic area in the south end of Lincoln Park by Shelter #2 earlier this year. We’ll continue with that work—cleaning the overgrown planting areas and uncovering native plants. If its still looking good we’ll spread out removing other invasives and making our way down to the beach.
Park in either of the Lincoln Park parking lots and make your way down Picnic Area 2 where the covered shelter and picnic tables are behind the kid’s big toys and the dragon sculpture.
