We’re helping Jack, a local Eagle Scout clear blackberries off the beach wall between Colman Pool north towards Lowman Beach. This will be our fourth such cleanup and we’ve made a huge dent, likely about halfway down the beach. The beach that has been cleared is looking pretty fantastic. This visit will be without the scouts as they’re still in school, but we’ll help take some more invasives off the beach.
The spot is pretty much half way down the beach, so park in the Lincoln Park south parking lot and walk in, or come in from Lowman Beach, or from up top and come down the trail by the troll.
