Chance, a local Boy Scout, will be clearing ivy in the Duwamish Head Greenspace for his Eagle Scout award project. He and his troop are clearing a large area of ground ivy down by the old derelict treehouse, which will also be demo’d in the process. This will be the second visit for the troop, and of course we’ll continue to build off this section on our regular work in the Greenspace. All interested parties are welcome to come and partake in this big effort.
Parking isn’t great along Admiral. There’s some parking on either end of the greenspace entrance on the top of Admiral, if those are taken then park up around the park at the top of the hill.
